Yes, this two masted schooner actually is a pond model, even though it may not look like on at first glance. It has lead in the keel and at one time had sails. I put it in the water to see if it would actually stand upright with wind pressure and it does!! It was made by a sea captain fom York, Maine around 1910. Everything is original except the rigging which has been restored. The box cradle is extremely unusual and well made.
Size: 25" long with a 5" beam and is 23 1/2" high from the bottom of the cradle to the tip of the foremast.
