This is a fabulous large pond model – leaded keel etc. It was built by the caretaker of an estate on Deer Isle in 1920, for the son of the estate’s owner. It was obtained directly from the granddaughter of the child who sailed and played with it. There has been some restoration, but it is in great condition. The model currently resides in a very prominent place at “Blue Jacket Shipcrafters” in Searsport, Maine.

Size: 78" over all length, 46.5" stem to stern, and 66" high.
