This is a very plain (unvarnished and unmounted) half hull. There are numerous pencil marks at the stations showing the distance between the stations and the hights - I have added up all the numbers and have concluded that I believe that based on these numbers and the style of the boat that it is indeed a half hull of a Christmas Cove 21. This is a very small class of racing boat located only in Maine. It is possible that it could be a Boothbay Harbor 20 also. They are very similar in style.
