Nautical Art: Portland Harbor Painting

At first glance this painting looks as if it is reverse on glass. It is however an oil on board under glass. The painting is signed on the lower right. The bright spot in the center top is from the flash of the camera – it is NOT on the painting. Interesting to note, the sketch for the painting is on the reverse side.
