This is a very nice old Chelsea Ships Bell Clock - It is in 100% working condition, as it was recently cleaned (no repair work was necessary). Serial number is 125184 dating it between 1915 and 1919. Brass case is in great shape, and ready for hanging on either your wall or your boat's bulkhead
